My dad was initially taken to another funeral
home in Jurmala, where when I went to talk about further funeral arrangements, I encountered an unethical and unacceptable attitude towards a grieving person and funeral arrangements as such in many ways. I then went to talk to Angel AB Jurmala office, from which I left with a peaceful feeling that this is the right place to entrust with organizing the last farewell of such a dear loved one.
I would like to thank Irina, an employee of the Jurmala office of Angel AB, for her care and support in this emotionally difficult process every step of the way - everything went as smoothly as possible for a person in mourning. On the day of the funeral, everything was organized in such a way that I didn't have to worry or think about anything - I was able to say goodbye to my dad with peace of mind and respect.
