Yesterday we buried my grandmother. And we chose Angel to prepare the ceremony and resolve all issues. To say that we are satisfied with their work is to say nothing. First of all, everything was resolved quickly and
clearly, with an individual approach the agency resolves all issues related to the funeral and hospital records, so that relatives do not worry about anything. They prepared my grandmother so that it seemed that she was just sleeping. The guys from the agency who brought my grandmother on the day of the funeral were just perfect, beautifully dressed, in white gloves, spoke very intelligently, stood like soldiers during the farewell ceremony, I had the feeling that we were burying a royal person. After the funeral, they beautifully laid wreaths and flowers, expressed condolences, politely and quietly said goodbye (and not just silently left). I am incredibly glad that we contacted this agency. And I definitely recommend contacting them in such difficult times.
Вчера мы похоронили мою бабушку. И мы выбрали компанию Angel для подготовки церемонии и решения всех вопросов. Сказать, что мы довольны их работой, – значит ничего не сказать. Прежде всего, все было решено быстро и понятно, агентство с индивидуальным подходом решает все вопросы, связанные с похоронами и больничными документами, так что родственники ни о чем не беспокоятся. Они подготовили мою бабушку так, что казалось, будто она просто спит. Ребята из агентства, которые привезли мою бабушку в день похорон, были просто великолепны: красиво одеты, в белых перчатках, говорили очень грамотно, стояли как солдаты во время прощальной церемонии, у меня было ощущение, что мы хороним королевскую особу. После похорон они красиво возложили венки и цветы, выразили соболезнования, вежливо и спокойно попрощались (а не просто молча ушли). Я невероятно рада, что мы обратились в это агентство. И я определенно рекомендую обращаться к ним в такие трудные времена.
